Steven Liu

Steven Liu is the Managing Partner of JC Pacific Corp, a Southern California residential real estate brokerage based in Irvine, California. He leads the firm, guides its brokerage operations, and oversees its relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors across the region. Steven and the JC Pacific Corp team serve clients in English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.

As Managing Partner, Steven works on the firm's overall direction, its day-to-day brokerage operations, and the service standards behind every residential transaction. He is supported by Broker Associate Jessie Zhou and the broader JC Pacific Corp team. Together they serve clients throughout California, with a home base in Irvine and deep coverage of Orange County and neighboring Southern California markets.
